Hi,
I left Germany indefinitely on May 26th and I'm now living abroad.
I cancelled my homespot contract before leaving and sent the homespot device back for an early cancellation and was told it was received.
I was told I should send my deregistration from Germany/abmeldung confirmation for the early cancellation and I have now received the confirmation from the German authorities but I don't know where to send it to complete the cancellation.
Could you please let me know where I should send this and if there are any other documents I should send? Ideally I would like to send this by email if one is available for timeliness and convenience.
