O2 shop in Dülmen, I had a very bad service. There were three customers in a shop not wearing masks (right now it is not the law to wear one inside), when I walked in the woman working for O2 shouted across say “YOU MUST WEAR A MASK”, it was very embarrassing and I felt discriminated against considering nobody else had to wear one, maybe this is because I am not white or not German?. When I then asked her for help with my contract, she did not bother to log in or see what the problem was. She knew I was not German because I have been to the store before and spoken to her and she’s always been unhelpful, I have mentioned this to other people in Dülmen and she has a bad reputation yet O2 still employ her.
