Hello O2 Community,
I am new in Germany , recently i purchased an O2 sim card and chose the tariff plans and internet pack of my own choice. Furthermore i setup the Automatic Debit option for the monthly renewal of the plan. Unfortunately ,one fine day i was checking up with banking app where i have all my direct debits linked to all different platforms and by mistake i cancelled the automatic debit (SEPA) with O2 for my monthly renewal thing and now i am unable to setup the direct debit for the same.
Kindly help as to how i set up it and get it back to normalcy.
