Hello,
Even though I turned off all automatic payments, I am still being charged automatically with direct debit payment. This month I did not pay it because I already renewed my package. Now my credit looks -30 euros. The direct debit function and my sim card are also blocked. I cannot call the hotline nor top up my account to call the hotline. I don’t want to pay 60 euros monthly for a prepaid sim card.
Can you help, please?
