Hello,

 

I ordered a prepaid Sim card last week, and did not receive it yet, I arrived in Germany 3 weeks ago and still don't have a Sim card, I really need it as soon as possible. When I ordered the sim card, O2 sent me a message which said that they deliver within 2 or 3 working days without any reference number to follow up my order.

Please let me know when I will receive my sim card.

have you received the card or any new info on the card? Are we talking about a contract or a prepaid card? If the card got lost, you could of course cancel that order and order a new card. That would be the best way for SIM-Only contracts. If you have also ordered a phone which has already arrived, a different solution might be better. We’ll also gladly take a look at your order, after exhanging data via personal messages. Please let us know, if you want us to open up a private conversation.
