deactivation of o2 prepaid pack by mistake

Dear Community,

I've accidentally terminated the product "o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L" tonight which costs 9.99 euros, which I still want to use. The reason behind terminating it was, i don’t speak german and the app only in german. I thought I’m discovering how to buy the offer once i finish but After I terminated the product, I found out that the credit I had no internet and i can’t even make a call. Is there a way I can restore my data pack I've had?

I have just looked this up and can understand it as you have written it here. Since you just booked your pack a few days ago, I have now reactivated it for you. If you have any questions about your pack, please feel free to contact us. I can understand that the app etc. is difficult when everything is only available in German.

You can also find helpful information on prepaid in the English FAQ section. :slight_smile:
