Dear O2 Support,
I had been an O2 customer for a long time and was having "O2 Free S plus - 2017" package against number +49176xxxxx033. Since i wanted to move to a new provider, i put in a contract cancellation request in time (3 months before the end of contract date). I also received a confirmation from O2 that the contract termination was received in time.
Recently i received my invoice for December 2019 which i expect to be the final invoice.
Why does it say the following?
Vertragslaufzeit: 28.12.2019 - 27.12.2020
Kündigungsfrist: 3 Monat(e) zum 27.12.2020
Why is it for another year when i already had cancelled my contract in time and also received the confirmation from you. I am not even using your service anymore.
Please explain and correct this.
