Hi,i have some problems with mu contract,well i am working here in Germany from a while,and i had a vacations in Romania for 4 months,and i didn't had a method to pay my bills,so when i did get back from my vacation i payed all of them (smthng like 350 EUR),but the problem is that my sim card is not working anymore,i didn't got any letters at my adress,i didn't get any unusual emails,jut when i strat my phone i get an error like "SIM 1 NOT PROVISIONED",and it's not working in any mode.....well,any chance that someone can halp me?

Unfortunately the payment came too late to save the contract. It was already cancelled to September 23rd 2021 and can’t be reactivated. You still have the chance to buy a prepaid card or you choose a different provider.

Hi!Ok,well,but from now i need to pay it withouth using the benefits of the contract or what,i don't really understand,i have the phone from "sparhandy" site with o2 contract,what i need to do from now,thank you for your help!

your contract is terminated with immediate effect. There is nothing more to pay monthly. 

You can now decide if you like to sign a new postpaid contract with another provider or choose a prepaid card.
