2 days back I got an email that my sim card is deactivated . I have not send any email nor message to O2 but, I  do not know why it is deactivated and my phone contract is still running. I went to O2 shop in city center Heide, but they didnot helped me. Is there any way I can get my sim card back with the same phone number?

Hello @shreza ,

welcome to our community! :hugging:

bs0 already asked an important question: does the order number match with your contract?

Additionally i would like to take a look at your contract.

First I need to verify you, so you will get a private message from o2_Support shortly.

Best Regards

Manuela
