CONTRACT

Good morning O2 team!
My name is Miguel . My handy  was deactivated on 07/08/2021 due to the end of the contract.
2 months ago the O2 team called me to change my plan and I accepted. All by phone.
So far I don't have a phone line, it doesn't work.
I need please help me to know what I should do to recover my handy line.

there is no documentation regarding a chance of the tariff or contract extension :frowning2:

We can switch to personal messages in order to exchange the necessary data for a reactivation, if you like.

Our specialised department would then reactivate the number, you could in turn change the tariff after the reactivation via a contract extension.
