I am o2 customer from November, 2022. Few months ago, I took another number for unlimited internet access i.e., o2 Mobile Unlimited Max Online package. In the website, there was 50% discount offer for the old customer with zero connection price. But I was charged 39.99 euros on my first billing. I asked the o2 center about the connection price, they told me that the amount would be deducted from my monthly billing. Till date, there has been no deduction. I even showed the offer with zero connection price for this package in the o2 website. Please tell me what I should do next.
