I have left Germany last May, and i have tried to cancel my contract to O2 online customer service. I was told that the effectivity of cancellation would be on June 12., I have not received any cancellation confirmation. However this july i still have received invoice from June12-July12. I want to settle my remaining bills, however i am afraid that i will received another bills next month that again i need to pay. International bank transfer fee is costly that is why i want to make sure that my Contract is already cancelled and this will be my final invoice before paying it. Please i need your help to verify if my contract is already cancelled, if not please tell me how to cancel it. and also how to settle my final invoice. I am really hoping for your kind help. as it is really stressful to be on this kind of situation.
