Good day,

 

I have left Germany last May, and i have tried to cancel my contract to O2 online customer service. I was told that the effectivity of cancellation would be on June 12., I have not received any cancellation confirmation. However this july i still have received invoice from June12-July12. I want to settle my remaining bills, however i am afraid that i will received another bills next month that again i need to pay. International bank transfer fee is costly that is why i want to make sure that my Contract is already cancelled and this will be my final invoice before paying it. Please i need your help to verify if my contract is already cancelled, if not please tell me how to cancel it. and also how to settle my final invoice. I am really hoping for your kind help. as it is really stressful to be on this kind of situation.

Is it a 24 month contract that you would cancel earlier? 

 

Did you sent the deregistration document from Germany and a  registration of new home? 

 


Yes it is 24 month contract. I have send all the necessary documents via email during online cancellation. ANd this is their reply. However i have not recieved any cancellation confirmation up until now.

In the confirmation of termination, a contract with a mobile phone number is confirmed as terminated - but you are writing here in the Landline area.

If you have more than one contract with o2, these must also be cancelled separately.

Thank you for replying to my inquiries.

 I dont have any othe contract from O2. I only have a mobile connection contrac. This is a clip of the invoice i have recieved this July 6 together with the figure i need to pay, I am not that good in German and i dont clearly understand what is written. I hope you can give me an idea about it. I really just want to know if this would be my Final and last invoice and if my connection is already terminated before i pay my bill. Because the transaction fee for money transfer internationally in my country is very costly, that is why i just wanted to make sure that after this i wont recieved anymore invoice that i need to pay again. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

I hope your questions were generally already answered by Ines in your other thread. Concerning the cancellation confirmation, according to what I can see it was send out to you on the 23rd of May. Maybe check your email again, if it ended up within the spam filter, else we’ll ask for it to be send out again.
