Hi, 

I lost my puk and can’t use my mobile since last week. I’ve been trying to get help from the o2 customer service but nothing. They keep telling me to call the hotline, which I did with difficulties (for the german language) and I’ve been waiting more then 10 minutes and no one came to pick up the phone. First dead end.

They told me my puk code is in the o2 portal, so I logged in with my credentials and nothing. I got the following error message

“Entschuldigung
Aufgrund technischer Probleme können Ihre Daten derzeit leider nicht geladen werden. Bitte versuchen Sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut.

Ihr O2 Team”

 

The app is not working and I can’t download it again. I need a solution and no one is helping me.

I am not in Germany, not even in Europe. Calling the hotline is quite expensive and I can visit any shop.


Did you tried the meino2 app?
