First - my questions are in English as my German may lead to confusion. So, the extra effort made to resolve will be much appreciated.

Till today I was on O2 prepaid S but I have now stopped the subscription. The current contract runs till 12th July.

Question 1: Is it correct that after 12th July, I am on the basic plan of 9Ct/Min and there will be no money debited from my Guthaben?

I do not have any intention to stop or switch from O2 but only to stop the service for 4 months since I will be outside EU and not needing the service. Once I return, I intend to continue with the same plan as I have had before.

Question 2: There is slightly high amount of credit left in Guthaben and the current expiry date is shown as end of December. Even after i restart the subscription, I wont be using all the credit within the following 2 months. So what happens to the Guthaben that is not consumed by the expiry date but I am actually having an active subscription? Because I am on an active subscription, will the Guthaben expirty get automatically extended?

Question 3: Might sound silly but when this topic gets answered or discussed, is there an option that I get notification on my email? Or should I come and check the community now and then to see if there are any feedback?

Yes, you have cancelled your pack a few days ago and it will end on 12th of july. 

It is possible to transfer the credit (Guthaben) back to your bank account via a specific form, but that means your whole prepaid card will be terminated.

If want to not use your card for four month I would suggest, you just leave it for this period to be able to use it when you are back.

We are not answering in realtime, sometimes it takes a few days, depending on how much new threads we receive.
