Hi, I was out of the country and i had phone tariff pack L or S if I remember correctly. I arrived back in germany today and apparently i started getting charged for my data then I got a notification that 1 euro for 30mb data is automatically deducted.

So I went to mein O2 and I bought a data pack by mistake and did immediate cancellation. The money 9.99 euros was deducted from my account and then I activated whose price has increased to 12.99 Euros and apparently there is no 9.99 Euro pack anymore.

So now I don’t know which packs are activated. I am also not using data pack of 4 GB which was activated(I cancelled within a minute). Can you please refund the money 9.99 euros for data pack back to my account?

In the moment the o2 Prepaid S is active. If you want to choose another one, you can do these in your Mein o2 Are on our webpage, or within the Mein o2 App. 😊
