Change provider with same number

Hello,

I have been using O2 for 3 years now since I came to Germany but currently I moved to a city where there's no coverage inside the house completely.

I am planning to move to a new provider but I want to keep same number.

What should I do ? 

Note :: My number is on O2 Prepaid plan

I’m sorry to hear that the coverage at your new location isn’t satisfactory.

Your number can be ported to a different provider. Generally you will have to talk with your new provider about this, as they have to start the process of moving the number over.
