Change from O2 Postpaid contract to O2 Prepaid SIM & retain the number

yes, you can do so if you like to. ☺️

Therefore you need to activate an o2 Prepaid sim card and afterwards you can transfer the number of your contract to your prepaid sim card. If you want to transfer the number before the normal runtime end of the contract we need to unblock your number of the contract so that you can apply the transfer in your prepaid portal online. Until the end of the contract runtime you'll get a new number, so that you can still use it.

If you want to transfer the number after the normal runtime end in November you can just apply for the transfer to that time, and the customer support does not have to unlock you number for that procedure, because at the end of the contract the number is free automatically.

I can declare the number free for portation, which will cost a one time fee of 29,95€. After that you will be able to relocate it to wherever you like. ☺️ Please confirm, that I shall start this process and that you are willing to pay the fee.
