Starting from a few hours ago, my cell phone has been in the “No signal” status. My phone number is +49 176 2xxxxxx3, the plan is a prepaid plan with 10 euros per month. My account has more than 10 euros balance. My zip code is 66123.
I have checked similar pages trying to troubleshoot the issue, e.g.
and https://www.o2online.de/netz/netzstoerung/#id-552688. Afterwards, I have tried rebooting my device, switching to manual network selection (only vodafone and telekom networks show up but not o2), but haven’t been successful in recovering my signal.
