cant confirm my email or log in to website

So, I have got O2 a month ago and I today was the last day for my pre paid plan. So I added 15 more euros, but my internet doesn't work, and I cant log in my account on O2, despite the money being added to the account. I can't confirm my email, because it doesn't show my email, and even after I add my email it gives me an error .

All I want is to keep using the prepaid with the money I added, please help me

welcome to our English Community. 

I understand that you find it strange that despite having enough credit on your prepaid-card you cannot use the mobile internet. 

Did you already check online in our “livecheck” if there is a connection-issue in your region?

Another reason could be that you already used the complete data-volume for the month. It might be that our Mein o2-App is not up-to-date with your data-volume. 

Or can it be that you have an open amount to pay and therefore you cannot use data-connection because we blocked it due to an open payment?

As you see there might be several reasons possible.
