Hello,

I’m having O2 mobile tariff contract from Oct-2018 to Oct-2020, and wish to not further extend my contract after Oct-2020.

Now due to Covid-19 situation i’m currently stuck in my home country (India).

I have raised the notice period option online, since i have to give 3 months notice before the termination of contract.

Please help with any further information required and if possible can be done over E-mail.

I regret that you had to move out of Germany because of the COVID19-crisis.

 

In order to cancel your contracts, please send us a cancellation letter. You receive further instructions here: http://g.o2.de/cancelation

 

As I see, your cancellation period for your mobile phone contract ends on 7th July 2020. Therefore, please confirm the cancellation that you registered online by calling our cancellation hotline.

 

I hope you still will make it on time.

 

Your DSL-contract can be cancelled with a cancellation-period of one month.
