Cancellation of O2 mobile

Hello.

I applied to DeinHandy for a phone with 60GB O2 mobile tariff.

But because of ID verification (computer did not accept both my passport or Aufenthaltstitel ) problem I could not take the package from DHL post office.

So I want to cancel my O2 mobile contract which I did not get and use.

Can you please help me ?

Hi @adsahin01,

 

thanks for your request.

 

In order to withdraw from your contract within the withdrawal-period of 14 days, you need to contact the provider where you ordered your contract.

 

Only if we receive the allowance of the provider, we will cancel your contract.

 

As I see in your data, your contract with the number 860 at the end was deactivated on 10th May 2020. So, everything is fine.

 

Until now, I cannot see any order for a phone.
