Cancel order

I would like to cancel my order/contract before it even gets shipped.

what should i do to cancel it ?

Hello...I had two orders...the first one from one of June and they told the problem in your address..also I paid 1euro...and the second it was from 10 of June and they cancelled the same day also I paid 83.99 euro...so they cancelled all and where I can refund my money

Canceling an order can take some time, that includes refunding any down payments you may have already made up to that point, if this happened on the 10th I’d still wait a bit. Have you already received confirmations for both cancellations?

 Of course we are accommodating to your request and have canceled your W: MICROSOFT XBOX SERIES S 512GB, WHITE order with the order number CINAcoN154XXXXX

 So with this confirmation everything is done for you.

 What was it about?  Would you like to tell us what you didn't like?

 We would appreciate if you let us know.

Hello again 

i still got a notification that says they have sent the new simcard and i need to activate it 


what should i do now should i go to o2 shop or i just dont receive the simcard and leave it without activation?

that sounds good. You have received confirmation that your order has been cancelled. Any deposits made will be refunded to you, but it may take a little while.

Dear @Al Khayyat ,

is the SIM card part of the cancel order? Then you don't need to activate it, it should be removed with the cancellation.

@o2_Andrea  yes actually my order was a new simcard with new contact but i got another offer and I’ve sent an email to O2 and they told my my order have been canceled and everything was okay then after one day i got notification in o2 app that says they sent the simcard to me

Dear @Al Khayyat ,

sometimes there is overlap. If the SIM card belongs to the new order, then it will be removed from our system by cancelling the order.
