I ordered iPhone 11 and made one time payment. I just want to know whether is it possible now to change ordered iPhone 11 64GB to iPhone 11 128GB. I did not yet recieved any shipping or delivery details.

welcome to our community. 
if you ordered the iPhone online or via hotline, you can return the order within 14 days (right of withdrawal) and order an iPhone with a higher storage size.
It’s not a change of the order, it’s two separate orders then, the first one has to be cancelled.
