I’ve a pre-paid plan with O2. Upon expiry of my regular Kombi plan, O2 automatically activated a Surf Dayflat plan and charged me 99 cents. The amount was charged despite me topping up with 20 Euros to re-activate the expired plan as soon as I realised. How can O2 activate any plan without my consent? I called their English helpline but their support staff didn’t speak english and they asked me to send an email. If I go on vacation and don’t want my plan to be active on purpose, will they still keep deducting 99 cents every day? This is ridiculous! I can’t find any email id on their website to mail to. Does anyone have any thoughts?
