In 2019 August I took an iPhone XR and sim together from O2 in a contract. They said my contract will be for 2 years but later when I visited O2 shop 3 months before the end of my contract I got to know that they made my mobile contract for 4 years. I was paying around 52 euros every month, but they said I was paying 23 euros for sim card only. In my O2 app I can see I have two numbers under my contract, but I only have one sim in my mobile. I was totally unaware of the other sim card. I never used the other sim card and the internet service as it shows I have 10 GB under that sim card contract. I thought its 2 number under one sim. I terminated the contract because it was expensive then I got a call from O2, and they offered me the contract at the price of 8.99 euros and I said yes. But this month I received an email stating that I have an invoice for €22,48. Then I visited O2 shop in other city, and they explained me that I have 2 separate sim cards, and this is the invoice that I am paying 8.99 for one sim and 13.49 for other. I feel so much cheated both for my mobile and sim card contract. Its more than 2 years I am paying a lot of money for the sim card with out even knowing. I just want one of my sim cards to be terminated but they said its not possible to do that. I really want this situation to come to an end now, therefore I am asking you to please cancel this contract with immediate effect.

I regret that something went wrong in one of our shops. Maybe a misunderstanding?

As you signed the contracts in a shop, you do not have a withdrawal-period. 

Therefore, you only have 2 possibilities: 

  1. to cancel the contract that you do not like to the end of the normal duration
  2. to address the shop again and to find a solution

I got cheated and asked for bribe at the O2 Store, which is located at the Altona Main Station, Hamburg, Germany. There is a member of staff called "Aryan" who tried to demand a bribe to generate an e-SIM QR code for my new phone. When I asked for a bill, he said they couldn't issue one and insisted I had to pay in cash. This was completely unacceptable. When he realised I had caught him out, he became extremely rude and asked me to leave, saying that no other shop could help me either. This behaviour is appalling and reflects badly on the service. Such individuals should face consequences for their actions. I am deeply upset by this incident and it is people like him who are damaging the reputation of the entire O2 service, which will ultimately suffer.
