Dear Provider,
I want to add O2 TV in my subscription. After calling the hotline and waiting for 38 mins, I found someone who speaks English. But without finishing the communication the line was disconnected and the lady didn't call me back. I can't wait for another 38 mins or more just to talk to someone.
requesting for a call back ( In English ) and to reply to the following questions so that from next month I can start the TV.
