Hello, I am really hoping someone will please help. 

I cancelled my contract in APRIL last year and im still being charged 50 a month and the phone that i paid off when cancelling my contract keeps getting sent to the debt collectors even though the account has been in credit for the amount of the phone for over a year. due to these sneaky deductions its now not going to cover the full cost of the phone. WHAT THE HELL DO I DO
