Today, when I tried to activate my O2 my Prepaid Data Pack L, I accidentally bought a new tariff (O2 my prepaid S) due to my weak German. This was totally by mistake and I had to pay 20 euros from my Aktuelles Guthaben for a tariff which I will never use.
I would like to have a refund for O2 my Prepaid S as I have already bought O2 my Prepaid Data Pack L.
