10gb free data for o2 app download

I downloaded the O2 app, but have not received free 10 gb data. Also tried the solutions suggested in the posts of other people. Can somebody help me regarding the same

Hi @Mishra ,

 

the 10 GB Bonus only applies to new post contracts. Your contract is a bit older, right?

In this case, only the 500 MB per Month are available for booking.If it s not at all about your connected contract, feel free to contact us here again.
