Hello, I started a new contract on Sept 1st for faster DSL and you did not cancel the old contract and now I am being billed for both. Also the bill for the new contract is incorrect. It should be €49,99 not €178,95!!

i tried called your contract department and they don’t speak English and they each put me on hold for long periods and never help. This is unacceptable business practices! I want my issues resolved!

A new contract? Did you terminate the old one? If not, then it is logical that both contracts will be invoiced. Or did you just change the tariff?

The invoice for the new contract probably includes one-time fees. Did you check exactly what was billed?

Welcome to our community. I understand that you don't want to pay for both contracts. I agree with @bs0 's question: When did you cancel your old contract and on what date was the cancellation confirmed to you?
