I live in Kelkheim, HE and my DSL router shows that I no longer have a connection.
Unfortunately, my German isn’t so good, and I can’t seem to get to an English speaker.
Is there a number or an email that I can mail to directly to see about getting someone to work on my connection?

Our o2 my service app can help you with connection problems.
You can download the App for your Android or iOS device and switch to english language after installing the app.
Then you can troubleshoot and check your DSL. Maybe you can try that first and tell us if you could solve the problem.
