I was scammed in a O2 shop.
The person in the shop didn't inform me that he was adding the new service to my actual contract. I wanted to only renovate the O2 free unlimited max and he added a mobile S plan without my consent. He also didn't allow me to see what I signed up, after I received the letter about my new plan. He also refused to help me when I went a couple times to ask for help and clarification. I went to another shop and they told me the previous shop was always scamming people like that. I need help deleting my new contract as it's a breach on the consumers right.
I already send and email explaining the situation to the mail you provide to cancel subscriptions. But this is a violation on my privacy data. I also saw that other people on the community was scammed in a similar way. Please provide some solution or I will be forced to stop any transition from my bank and present legal actions.
