sim card blocked enter puk code

Hi,

I am not in Germany and my sim card is locked now and its want me to give puk code i don't have the sim card packaging with me but i know my pin.

 

Can anyone please help me.

Good morning @Mustafa90,

you can see your PIN and PUK on the O2 App and on the Portal:

Proceed as follows in the My o2 app:

  1.     Menu
  2.     Manage SIM
  3.     Select the relevant SIM card
  4.     Enter your My o2 password
  5.     View PIN & PUK

My o2 customer portal

  1. Manage SIM card
  2. Select the relevant SIM card
  3. View PIN/PUK and eSIM profile

Can someone help me with the same problem asap please? I can't log into my O2 account though. I have a US SIM still in the phone and need to access it as soon as possible

If you cannot log in and no longer have a SIM card holder, you must contact customer service.

Bumer is right, as soon as you don’t have any access to your customer account anymore, you will have to call the customer service or get in touch by our contact form
