How long it takes to activate my home internet?

Hi @Jemy

I understand that you like to get your DSL-contract activated as soon as possible. 

Therefore, please wait for the appointment of the technician on 27th October. 

If your DSL-contract should not work after the appointment, just contact our DSL-hotline again. 

We will certainly not leave you alone.

I hope, this time you will not leave me alone with a new appointment, like every time. Because I believe that he will not show up on the 27th. Also, I hope if everything goes well, because this brings a bad reputation for the country and the internet company.

My internet is activated as the system shows. I have put my user-id and password into my router system, but still no internet connection, and I have changed my TAE cable but still no internet connection. I feels like it will never end and I will never get an internet connection. I literally start to hate my life here. I was supposed to focus on my work and my graduate studies since my arrival here. But since my subscription with you, all I do when I wake up every day I contact the customer service and I try to solve the problem, I have bought too many cables and stuff. I am really having depression feels, which I have never felt before, for just trying to get such a basic service and important for my practical life.

did my colleagues reach you by phone? Or shall we post the solution right here?
