Warum O2

Service

Hello all,

i currently have two products:
* O2 my Data Spot Unlimited - I’ve had this for a year; however it was too slow, and too unreliable
* O2 my Home M - I bought this service because it said it was 50mb/s, and it was from the landline tariff section(it also said it was compatible with my home spot)

So after spending a year with the O2 homespot LTE, it was time to upgrade.  When i was going through the tariff options i chose “O2 my Home M” which it said was compatible with my current o2 homespot.  I was wondering if i had to plug the home spot into the wall, or if there was further instruction on how this would work?

Either that, or did i just order something i already had?

It seems so. If you order o2 my Home M via LTE, you get LTE.

Hi @Sam Clark ,

the ordered contract is also a LTE-Tariff. There are some differences, but at its core it really is a homespot tariff.

Please make use of your right to withdrawal if you want to cancel this contract.

One easy way to do this is to use the prepared form:

Widerruf o2 MyHome

After filling it out, please send it to

widerruf@cc.o2online.de

You can also send a letter or fax or let us know by phone or chat.

Regarding DSL: I’ve checked the adress, no other connection option is available.

Only LTE seems to be available, DSL or cable connections can’t be ordered as of now.

Best regards,
Kurt
