Hello, I need to open port 1177 in the router. I put the port in the router, but it does not appear to me that it is open, but it appears that it is closed. What is the solution?

What model of router are you using? If it is a model that you’ve rented from us, you can find the manuals for all of them online. If you need further help, please let us know.
