Hi, In my account I see an offer for Home L internet which I am currently using. It still asks me for one time connection which we already that 2 years. When I objected it I have receved new offer with different price. Yet at the end it was the almost same amout. I really do not understand, which position you are putting us? I have also tried to contact call center etc yet non reachable.

there is no interruption in the supply for you, as your contract is not deactivated. However, the changeover for DSL always takes 2 to 3 weeks after the order is placed. Your old conditions (the discount) run until January 9th and the new conditions (changeover to the new tariff) apply from January 31st. In between, you can still use your old tariff, but without the discount you got before.
As you know we with new contract. Yesterday I received both from o2 and Telekom that mu number is being transferred to Telekom end of February. Normally o2 did not give the number and we made a contract. I could not understand how it is possible now. I went to o2 shop and they also called call Center as well and could not help. According to them it looks I am having two dsl contract with two different provider and 2 numbers. But when have made normally new contract with you Telekom side should be cancelled.
would you provide a support please. I do not want any change and willing to continue with o2
I don't know if you have a contract with Telekom to which your phone number is exported. I can only see your contracts with us and that is a mobile contract and a DSL contract that you have extended, because otherwise the combined advantage for the mobile contract would have been cancelled and it would have become much more expensive. Please contact the German Telekom about the contract there and cancel the number export there.
sure I will contact with day tomorrow as working day. Yesterday did not work out. On the another hand if there is anything we can do from our side as o2 please do not transfer my number or any document to their side. As it is explained they are continuously demanding from o2 as initial provider.
by mistake is possible to have two festnetz for single apartment with two provider?
actually, it should not be possible to have two DSL lines in one flat. Please clarify this with Telekom immediately, then I can write to our DSL colleagues again if necessary.
Thank you for your reply. I could have contact with Telekom and cancelled the on-going process. I also received e-mail confirmation. They told they will be informing O2 as well.
