I have used the O2 DSL for more than six years. Thanks for your service.
I wrote a letter on May to terminate my contract. Becasue I left Germany on mid-September. I’ve sent the router to O2 and O2 has comfirmed that router had been recieved.
However, I just recieved an invoice of October. Please check what went wrong with the contract termination? I want to check what happend but I cannot even click the “Kündigung vormerken” button in the online portal anymore.
