The flashing DSL indicator light could indicate that a technology change from ADSL to VDSL has also been carried out in connection with the tariff change you have requested. If you have forgotten to perform the factory reset of your o2 homebox in this case, it would be normal that it does not work.
To carry out the factory reset, please press the recessed reset button on the back of the o2 homebox for approx. 10 seconds. Then wait a few minutes until the o2 homebox has restarted. If the DSL indicator light is permanently green and the info LED is permanently red, enter the 10-digit PIN if necessary. See manual. If the DSL indicator light does not glow green continuously, call the hotline.
Thank you for your answer. I did the reset, but I didn’t have any changes of my homebox (DSL LIGHT is still blinking and INTERNET LIGHT doesn’t glow...). I am just guessing that the changing work of my DSL service was not completed… How can I check the current state of the work?
