Prepaid 6GB package showing only 3.5GB available

Hi! I purchased the 6 GB prepaid package from O2 but when I activated my sim card this morning it only shows 3.5 GB available to use. How do I get the full 6 GB package. Please help immediately

Where do you see 3.5 GB? In the customer portal?

yes in my O2 account

Then you bought another card with the old prepaid S pack. You can switch to the current one in 4 weeks.

The packet I bought says 6GB

According to your screenshot you are currently using the o2 My prepaid Datapack S, which includes 1 GB only.

The package of the original plan was another one, o2 Prepaid S.

Was it ordered by mistake maybe?

@o2_Giulia nein, der TE nutzt aktuell den alten “o2 my Prepaid S” mit 3,5 GB, wie aus dem Screen eindeutig ersichtlich … wie er den buchen konnte nach Kauf eines aktuellen Packs ist mir ein Rätsel.
