My prepaid SIM is in my friend ’s name as he bought it for me.
I would like to get the ownership transfer of my SIM card done. Could somebody help me by explaining the current process of doing this?

In order to change the owner of your prepaid-card from your friend to your person, please fill out the following form: Change of Ownership
After you have sent us all the details concerning the new owner, you will be asked to do a post-identification.

Hi,
I had filled the change of ownership form and sent it to O2. Now I have received an email with with the reference number. Whom should I give that to in order to initiate the post identification?
