Cancelling of tariffs and options


I cannot change my tariff.I said yesterday again .I want to cancel all my tariff apart from unlimited tariff.It starts again today and I have to oay a lot of money again please do my tariff just unlimited and I dont wanna pay more money anymore after that .I said yesterday because until today ıt starts again 3 different tariff please cancel them.I dont wanna pay this month again 3 diffrerent tariff ,I just wanna keep umlimited tariff

Do you want to cancel an option of your mobile contract? As of now only the option “o2 my data Unlimited” is active, this one you do not want to cancel, is that correct?

The two speed options have been ended in January.

I could take a look, ​@Sananee, in your current bill is still the last bill included. You can transfer the amount of the bill to Hypo Vereinsbank AG IBAN: DE 16 7002 0270 0005 7131 53 BIC: HYVEDEMMXXX with your Kundennummer/customer number as reference.

ı dont wanna pay this .Enough.last time I paid more than 250 euro and more than 140 euro.Now I have to pay 115.I said many times to you that I wanted to cancel all aff my tariffs apart from unlimited tariff.Now  ,I wanna cancel all my tariff,enough

Hello ​@Sananee, you can cancel the option when you go via Tarifdetails, then to the Data unlimited Option and choose details and then Beenden.

*I have contacted you multiple times before. I still can't cancel these two plans. When I check in the settings, they appear to be deactivated, but they are still active.**

The my Data Unlimited option is terminated on April 14, 2025. You can find offers for contract extensions here: Contract extension

But How can I cancel my other tariffs?? I couldnt.I did other contract for my unlimited tariffs.It ıs enough for me.Just I cannot cancel other tariffs (25 and 5 gb) please do it for me before 14 april because after that again I will pay so much money as other months.Please dont tell me how can I cancel .You yold before and I couldnt.I tried many times.Please cancel my 25 and 5 gb tariffs.!

@Sananee  The 25 GB is the data volume of your tariff and has no additional fees, the 5 GB is the data volume with which your tariff grows every year, also without additional costs 🙂

Then.Why I paid so much money before? Now I have just one contract and after that ı have to pay just 30 euro,right?

Hello ​@Sananee ,
until 08.04.2025 you had the o2 Mobile M tariff. 
This regularly costs EUR 32.99. 
You received a discount of EUR 16.50 and therefore only paid a basic fee of EUR 16.49. 
This tariff had 25 GB data volume included. 
In addition, the following options were booked for your tariff until January 2025: 

 

  • a monthly data snack for 19.99 EUR
  • a speed option + 15 GB for EUR 16.99
  • a speed option +5 GB for EUR 9.99 
  • an o2 My Data Unlimited Pack for 29.99 EUR. 

From January, only the o2 Ma Data Unlimited Pack was active. 
This brought you to 56.48 EUR per month. 
On 08.04.2025 you then switched to the o2 Mobile Unlimited MAX. 
This tariff change ended the pack. 
You now only have the basic fee a minus a discount and only pay EUR 29.99 per month. 
Our invoices are always created for a past period. This means that the change could not yet be seen in the March invoice.
The old conditions will still be charged in the next invoice until April 8th. From the May invoice onwards, you will only have the EUR 29.99 basic fee.
