Dsl connection after moving

Change the address of living. On the 20.05 my dsl connection should be activated. On the router the internet light was blinking red and I couldn’t set up the router. Called to the hotline, after multiple calls they said to wait another couple of days for the line to be activated. On 26.05 received a message that the line is activated, but still my routers internet light was blinking red and no dsl light was on. Called to the hotline again. Offered me to restart the router, that didn’t help and said that I need to make an appointment with the technician. On 27.05 I made an appointment for the technician for 29.05 from 8.00 till 14.00. Nobody showed up. Still don’t have internet connection and I still have to pay for the internet even without being able of using it.
I don’t want to be calling to the hotline every single day just to finally get my internet to work. I am very unsatisfied with the service O2 offers.

I know it’s a holiday. I ask the guy from the hotline two times if 29.05 is correct and he assured me that the technician will come.

Good morning @Nikijs,

welcome back to our community 😀

Too bad that you've been waiting so long for a working DSL connection 🤔 Have you checked again, was yesterday's public holiday really confirmed as the technician's appointment?

If so, it is necessary to create a new appointment. Have you called again today and received support?

Kind regards

Kathi

Today received sms from O2. Adding photo. Now I have no idea whether the technician appointment is necessary, because they ask me to wait another two days. I’m tired of calling almost every day and explaining this problem multiple times.

@Nikijs I understand you, it takes a lot of time if you have to contact us several times. Please let us know in the next few days what has happened.
