I have 50 Mbps plan with O2 but maximum speed that I am getting is only 9 Mbps . I have called customer care several times and they informed that internal line in my apparent is by telecom. So, until Telekom upgrade its line we will not be getting any better speed. I am really in need of a better speed and O2 nowhere able to provide me be the better speed. With the being said I need to go for an any LET Connection from other provided.



Please do understand most of the time I will be working From Home and with this very low speed I have lots of interruption in my work. I have yet another one year contract with O2 . Since there is no chance of getting better speed from O2 I would like to cancel my current DSL contract please do let me know if I can do so and go with other provider for LET.
@ja.aslam Did you have a 24 months contract? If yes o2 don’t let you out of the contract, because the minimum speed is 5 MBit for a 50 MBit contract. If you have make a o2 Flex tariff you can cancel in 4 weeks. Hope you make such a contract with o2.
Moin Moin @ja.aslam if the reason is a bad inhouse wire you should ask your landlord if it is possibel to install a new one. Because of the bad connection. Wire in the house are the responsibility of the landlord...
