Problem with my "My O2" DSL page


For whom it may regard,

I am currently having issues with the "My O2" page on my DSL profile.

Every time I am getting in, the dashboard shows me this message:

The announced system optimization has been carried out and you can use the new online customer center at o2.de/mein-o2.
Here you can still see your invoices and letters from O2. However, we recommend that you download these documents now if you continue to need them.


The problem is that whenever I go to o2.de/min-o2 it takes me back to the exact same page I was before.

Is there a way to fix it?

Also, I wanted to know if is there any way to be able to update my DSL plan from 50mbps to 100mbps directly on the website, or if it will be needed to do a call.

The only issue i see, is that I am not allowed to upgrade my Internet plan from the platform.

Is there anything it can be done?

Hay hay @elauria,

from the account in which you´re logged in i only found mobile-contracts. Please login into your dsl-account and write in this thread again.

Hi @o2_Larissa,

I just checked, the reason why it doesn't appear is because I have a different login for my DSL account, I don't know if it is because when we bought the plan O2 sold it as a business plan.

I tried what has been suggested but it says that there is an already existing account associated to that phone number.

Any other suggestions?

Thats good, so you already registered your number.
When you try to login for your DSL Contract do you use your MyID, your phone number or a name?
Can you please try withe the number?
