I can't see the option to allow my number to be ported.



Can you release my number? I've loaded my balance to cover the charge.

I can see that the porting order for your prepaid number has been cleared, you can now ask your new provider to import your number from your o2 prepaid account.

Please make sure that all your customer data at your new provider exactly matches your current data at o2 (even if there has been some updated data like a new address in the meantime) to ensure the transfer will work.
