Have problem to active my SIM CARD

Hello,

I have a problem to active my new Sim Card.

I could find there are some problem like me. I tried to call to Hotline, but it is only Germany so I can't even start to select right contact.

I would like to know if I wait for the activation for few days, it will be active or I should keep tried to chat live (they are not allowed to write in English however.)

It is too difficult for me. ☹️

if you want we can activated the sim card for you. Please tell me the last three numbers of your new sim card and the the last two numbers from your mobilphone number for the switch.
