you want to delete your community account because you want to open a My o2 account with your e-mail address and it is reported that the e-mail address is already in use? Then there is also an interested party account that also needs to be deleted. Did you open a prospective customer account with the e-mail address or only here in the Community?

I have deleted your community account and you can now register for your My o2 account 🙂

From there you can open a new community account linked to your contract 🙂
