I'd like to have a confirmation of my DSL installation. How soon is it possible to get connected to the Internet at the given location? I have solicited a 50Mb connection about a week and a half ago.

A week ago, you were sent an email with a letter that asked you to specify the location of your home (not just the address, but also if it is a house or an apartment, which floor, in which direction on the floor the apartment is located etc.).
We need this information in order to correctly assign your DSL connection to your specific address and consequently activate your DSL installation.
You can contact the hotline here and provide the information, and then things should be good to go.
