IMPORTANT QUESTION ABOUT BILL!

Hallo,

I'm a costumer of o2 for the packet Surf flat XL. Yesterday I have recieved the bill for the period 13.04.2012-12.05.2012

of 98.98 Euro and in the e mail it is specified that I have pay the amount directly on the bank account Unicredit bank of o2. but why 98.98 euro??? I know that the last period 13.03.2012-12.04.2012 has been not payed because I did have problem with the german bank. But beacuse of the normal bill of a month was of 34.99 euro , for this month I'm waiting for a bill of 69.98! What it means?

and also in the e mail it writes that i have indicate my Kundennummer. in what sense ? what  must I write in german language?

Your Kundennumer (customer number) is stated on the invoice. You must include this in your bank transfer.

 

If you didn't pay the last bill you will probably have been charged a fee for non-payment. Can you scan the invoice (black out personal detais first) and upload it here? Then we can tell you what exactly you are being charged for.

This is e mail that i have recieved, i dont' have the bill by post because now I'm not in Germany.

But in the 98.98 euro is it included the last month?

Controlling my on-line bank account I read that in the same day 24.04.2012 ( which was the term of payment of the last month) , o2 deposited and pick up the monthly amount.

Hi,

i can't see my bill on My o2 because i could only register myself as "interesting" and not as a costumer because for the login as costumer they send the password on your mobilephonenumber and I have not it with me. there is another way for seeing my bill?

The charge for a failed payment is 19 Euros, so the new invoice would be at least 88.98. Do you have any other options booked this month that cost 10 Euros? That would then add up to 98.98.

 

As Brianna suggested, the easiest thing would be to send an Email and ask for an explanation of the invoice total.

Did you have enough money in your account on this day to cover the invoice amount?

No i had onlz few euros. But after how many days will be charged the 19 Euros?

The 19 Euros is not actually a late payment fee, it is a fee for the bounced payment. It is automatically added to your next invoice if payment could not be taken from your bank account as in this case.
